Bodyblade® is a wing-like oscillating foil that provides low level vibration training when the user drives the blade back and forth with force. The harder you push and pull on the handle, the greater the flex of the blade and the greater the resistance. Bodyblade greatly simulates the vibration and stress encountered when driving a race car as well as provides exquisite shoulder and core body strengthening. It is heavily used in PitFit Training’s driver training program.
